Volunteers, mark your calendars! Our spring event - formerly known as Fairmount Park Day - will be taking place throughout our wonderful city from 9 am to 12 noon on Saturday, May 8^th.

Over 40 projects will take place at locations throughout the city, from the Northeast to South Philadelphia - and everywhere in between. In just a few short hours, this rain-or-shine event will help keep Fairmount Park clean and green for generations to come. From Pennypack Park in the Northeast to Morris Park in West Philadelphia, volunteers will battle invasive weeds & vines, paint benches, plant trees and pick up trash, beautifying the public park spaces we all know and love so well.

Without the help from you, our dedicated volunteers, our parks certainly would not look the same!
