Be part of one of the most exciting days in Philadelphia Greater Philadelphia Cares and The Committee of Seventy invite you to participate in our non-partisan Election Day Program on Tuesday, May 15th. Volunteer Opportunities on Election Day Election Watchdog: You and a partner will visit polling places where you will provide information to election officials as needed, answer questions voters might have and settleminor disputes. Data Collector: Survey departing voters about their experience can help prevent misconduct and identify opportunities to make voting in Philadelphia more user-friendly. Hotline Helper: Answer calls from voters, providing non-partisan voting information, document reports of misconduct, dispatch field teams and track voter and field team reports. All volunteers will receive a 60-minute training session where they will learn everything they need to know about volunteering on Election Day.
